Trussfab in Melbourne offers a wide range of timber construction products. Our roof trusses, floor trusses, wall frames, and pre-cut timber are of the highest quality and are all manufactured in Australia.

Since 1986, Trussfab has continued to build its reputation as a “quality product & service” and today operates from a 20,000 square feet premises in Melbourne. With a team of experienced detailers, estimators, and factory staff, some of whom have been with us for over 30 years, we have been providing our services in Melbourne metro, Mornington Peninsula and across Victoria.
At Trussfab, we supply timber framing to owner builders, small to medium-sized builders, and major retirement villages. We pride ourselves on customer service, and with the wealth of building knowledge, we work with our clients to ensure that a quality & completed framing service is provided.
Whether it is by phone, email, site visit or coming into our office to quote the job initially, we follow up on quotes to make sure we are on the same page as the customer. Once the job is ordered, we also provide an on-site measure to discuss the specifics of the job, taking pitches, spans, etcetera to make the perfect fit and ensure accurate framing is being provided.

HOW WE DO IT
Detailers with over 35 years of experience in the industry detail the job, which is then sent to our computer saws to cut and label each piece of timber. Our jig setters then assembled the trusses using Pryda equipment.

Technical Information
When our products are ready for delivery and a time is agreed upon with the customer, the goods are delivered to the site on a crane truck suited to the site and the size of the load.
